“labourers hold up half the sky”

A little bit about us…

We are Amy, Olivia and Anabelle. Senior students based in New Zealand committed to driving positive change in workers’ rights by advocating for workplace reform and environmental sustainability. We have each witnessed firsthand the growing influence of the fashion industry and its detrimental effects on labor conditions and the environment. Through our initiative, we aim to promote ethical practices, raising awareness about the need for systematic change.

Our mission is to drive the sustainable fashion movement, which, in turn, supports and upholds the human rights of garment workers. By championing ethical practices and fair treatment, we aim to transform the industry and create a more just and responsible world for all.

businesses often cut corners in order to be more competitive, putting their workers in dangerous conditions.

Conventional Work Reform

Enables exploited workers to capture a greater share of the gains. This can be realised by exploiting human capital, increasing wages and benefits & reducing hours and accidents. Since workers want to extract as much income from themselves as possible, we aim to remake corporations to serve a wider set of ‘owners’, replacing shareholder capitalism with stakeholder capitalism.

Deep Work Reform

This alternative method remakes corporations to serve not owners, but agents. The single-minded focus on economic returns is replaced with an emphasis on the human flourishing of people. We aim to drive corporations to house and to embrace workplace democracy.
